Successful and productive presentation of IGT at ICE London: innovation and evolution in each category of its products
2 minutos de lectura
(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Jessica Luna, IGT's Senior Director of Strategic Accounts for Latin America, gave an interview to SoloAzar in which she shared details about the company's participation in the ICE London show. During the interview, Luna commented on the products presented at the event and highlighted: "Our cloud-based Floor Manager technology continues to expand in properties throughout the region". She also discussed IGT Digital's presence and the awards received, among other relevant topics.

What novelties have you presented at the last edition of ICE in London?
ICE provided an excellent opportunity to demonstrate IGT’s new games, systems and solutions to our commercial customers and partners from around the world. Prominently featured in IGT’s ICE stand was our diverse portfolio of multi-level progressive (MLP) games. Highlights on display included high-performing themes like Prosperity Link on the PeakSlant49 cabinet and Mystery of the Lamp on the PeakCurve49 cabinet. In the core video segment, IGT is increasing the number of games that we offer with the “buy-a-bonus” feature, which has been popular in Eastern Europe, and will soon become available throughout Latin America. In addition, we previewed the latest in our USwitch multi-game packs for international markets, and I am very excited about the next generation of themes coming to this product line.
Could you describe how was your presence at ICE booth?
We met with gaming customers from throughout the world at ICE, and the show always serves as an excellent platform to demonstrate how our market-attuned solutions will engage players and drive growth across various gaming jurisdictions. We were able to demonstrate some outstanding products and solutions for Latin America, where we are dedicated to building our product roadmap with compelling MLPs, multi-game content, and systems solutions aligned with player trends and customer needs.

In commercial terms, what is your evaluation? Did you achieve the goals proposed? Did new collaborations or business alliances emerge?
ICE proved to be a very productive show for IGT, and was well-received by many operators from Latin America due to the show’s focus on content and solutions for global markets. We received positive feedback on our products, and our customers value how we continue to innovate and evolve in every category. From our MLP portfolio for dual and portrait screen cabinets, to our proven core games and multi-game offering, we are developing highly engaging new themes with innovative mechanics. The IGT PlayDigital team also had a showing at ICE in our stand, with an emphasis on omnichannel content and compelling promotional tools. Finally, we were thrilled to have won distinguished industry awards at the European Casino Awards and International Gaming Awards.
What aspect can you highlight about the changes and the future of the industry? How is the company preparing for it?
Change is constant in the gaming industry, and IGT adapts quickly to create successful outcomes. In Latin America, there are notable market opportunities in countries such as Peru and Brazil and in the online space due to regulatory advancements. In addition, our cloud-based Floor Manager technology continues to be deployed at properties throughout the region, giving operators access to a large library of IGT games and performance metrics so they can modify game content near-instantly and optimize their gaming floors. Further extending IGT’s commitment to delivering high-quality products and elevated entertainment experiences, all of our games go through our extensive, market-specific test bank program to ensure operators can deploy IGT games with confidence.

Did you have the opportunity to participate or attend any activity related to ICE VOX? Any particular topic you want to highlight?
Given the steady flow of customer meetings and product demonstrations, I do not attend ICE VOX. However, two IGT experts participated in well-received panels. Brian Blake, vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion, spoke on an integrated and data-driven approach to the workplace and culture, and Jade Luchauer, senior manager of global sustainability, presented on moving towards positive play with the integration of compliance and marketing.
What aspects can you highlight from the last edition in London? And how are you preparing for Barcelona 2025?
London has been an excellent host city for ICE for many years. Though we have not officially started planning for ICE 2025, we look forward to seeing our customers there and maximizing business opportunities in another world-class destination.
